We collect personal and health information including your full name, date of birth, contact details, medical information necessary to deliver care, emergency contacts, payment and billing details, and device data when you visit our website. We use this information to provide home care services, process payments, communicate with clients and families, and comply with all federal and state legal requirements including HIPAA. We do not sell your information.
We share your information only with caregivers and staff involved in your care, healthcare providers when medically necessary, trusted third-party providers under confidentiality agreements, and authorities when required by law. We protect your data with encrypted storage, secure data transmission, restricted access, staff training, and background checks on all employees.
